Rosa Thea room can be reached by climbing five steps. It is the smallest but also the most intimate of the Meublé. The colors of the floral motifs of the furnishings make it the most romantic room. Composed of a double bed and beautiful exposed beams, it overlooks via dell'Opio del Corso.

At guests' disposal open wardrobe, air conditioning, mini bar, TV, and free WiFi. Bathroom with shower.

Useful Information

Check-in Check-out

Check-in is available from 1:00 PM, while check-out is required by 10:30 AM.
The reception is not open 24 hours a day; however, the management remains available through our contact numbers until 8:00 PM.
After that time, we are available only in case of emergencies.

Parcking

The property offers its guests a number of free parking spaces, which cannot be reserved. The parking area is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), about a 4-minute walk from the B&B. Parking inside the historic center is not permitted, as it is a restricted traffic area. Access is allowed only for loading and unloading luggage, subject to prior communication of the vehicle's license plate number to the property.
